Root Words
A downloadable game for Windows and macOS
Root Words placed 6th in the Design Buddies Game Jam and received an award for Best Art!
Howdy, welcome to Root Words!
In this farming sim flavored V-novel, you grow alongside your crops by building a community you and your plant friends feel at home in. Divided into four weeks, each week you’ll be able to add a new plant to the farm, adding countless new interactions between you and your crops! At the end of the month, your farm will be inspected to see how content your community has become. Strategically choose where to plant your crops to enhance certain relationships, or mess up on purpose to see how they react, Root Words is all about how your choices affect those around you.
